Each summer I buy tickets to a local theatre and watch 4-5 shows there. Today I brought the tickets and wanted to add them into my diary (cos the ticket system didn’t provide ics files or calendar links.)
There were 5 tickets and a lot of details that I really couldn’t be bothered to do it myself. So I cmd+a to copy all info on the booking page (which contains all the time, date and show information). Then I pasted them into ChatGPT.
My prompt:
Create an ICS calendar file based on the following info. I use Mac calendar.
(The complete info is included but I put them in the end of the post so it looks neater.)

It didn’t get it right the first time. But it kept trying different ways and eventually created a perfectly working ICS file for me.
